Job Description:

The incumbent is the first point of contact for Algonquin College’s Pembroke Waterfront Campus in Pembroke, responsible for answering general Information inquiries on all programs, including continuing education, Academic Upgrading and apprenticeship programs, as well as responding to inquiries about other college services and events in person/by telephone, email and fax.  The incumbent is also the full-time administrative support and data entry clerk for the Academic Upgrading program and provides back-up support for the Administrative Services Fees Clerk. The incumbent provides support to the college timetable/scheduler on a term by term basis through the use of the Infosilem scheduling platform. The incumbent administers the campus housing list. Some support is also provided to student recruitment activities through statistical reporting and participation in campus wide recruitment events.  While CE activity is limited at the Pembroke Campus, the incumbent does support course loading and timetabling of CE courses as required.
