Declaration of Emergency Extended While Ontario Gradually Reopens the Economy

The Ontario government is again extending the Declaration of Emergency under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act until July 29th. The extension was made to ensure the province maintains the necessary flexibility to protect public health and safety as more businesses reopen and people go back to work.

A full list of emergency orders can be found on the e-Laws websiteunder the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.
